BSH Tender for warehouse and 2^nd transportation services in Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei

As a member of BSH Home Appliance Group we are in charge of developing and selling home appliances under our two main brands SIEMENS and BOSCH in China. In 2020 BSH Home Appliances Group achieved an annual turnover of 13.9 billion Euros worldwide.

作为博西家电集团的成员，我们主要负责在中国开发和销售博世和西门子两大品牌的家用电器产品。2020年，博西家电集团在全球的年营业额达到了139亿欧元。

For our Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei area we are searching for warehouse and 2^nd transportation suppliers with good reputation and experience in white goods operation. Suppliers should be interested in cooperation with at least 2 years contract. 

The potential warehouse prefer located in the area of Tianjin city (Wuqing district) or Hebei Province (Langfang area) or Beijing city (Daxing district) or Beijing-Tianjin junction area.

Option 1: Warehouse space needed around 7,500 square meters (option of extension). Warehouse located at Beijing city  

Option 2: Warehouse space needed around 7,000 square meters (option of extension). In addition, 

we are also looking for warehouse located at Beijing city with around 1,000 square meters (option of extension) 

The 2^nd transportation volume is about 150,000 units per year (mainly refrigerators and washing machines). The 2^nd transportation supplier must have ability of transport shipment to Beijing, Tianjin and Hebei Province for B2B, B2C(end user and customer store), B2P forwarding and return transportation. In particular, the transportation supplier must have capability and qualification of transportation to downtown area of Beijing city and Tianjin city.

我们在京津冀区域寻求仓储和运输资源，希望能与拥有良好声誉及白色家电操作方面经验的供应商合作，且供应商对至少两年的合同期感兴趣。

意向仓库的地址优先考虑在天津市武清区；河北省廊坊地区；北京市大兴以及京津结合部。

方案一：面积需求约7500平方米(将来可能扩展)，在北京市辖区。

方案二：面积需求约7000平方米(将来可能扩展)，此外，在北京市辖区设仓，面积约1000平方米（将来可能扩展）。

预计运输的全年运量约150,000台各类白色家电产品(主要是冰箱和洗衣机)。运输供应商有能力提供发往北京市、天津市及河北省全境博西客户的仓库、楼盘、终端消费者和门店等的正、逆向运输配送能力。特别是必需具备进入北京市区、天津市区的运输配送资质和能力。

Candidates can decide whether if they want to apply for warehouse or transportation services only or for both operations (warehouse and transportation). Joint bids from two or more suppliers not be accepted in this tender. Be able to issue official VAT invoice of warehouse, transportation and loading/ unloading. Candidates’ qualification will be examined and evaluated by BSH, candidates who was qualified and passed evaluation can participate the tender

供应商可自行选择参与仓储部分、或运输部分、或两个部分都参与。

本次招标不接受两家及以上供应商联合投标，否则竞标无效；投标供应商必须能够开具仓储类、货物运输类、装卸类增值税专用发票的资质；博西对投标单位进行审核，通过审核的投标单位方进入正式竞标。

The tender plan to be launched in Jul of 2021 on the web based TiContract tool www.ticontract.com.

· Proof documents of shipping goods into downtown area of Beijing city and Tianjin city For example, case study material and signed transportation contract( sensitive information can be cancelled), Priority is given to transport candidates who have their own truck resources and please give proof document of own truck resources ( for tender of transportation)

· Warehouse Fire-fighting certificate (for tender of warehouse, class.3 or above) and warehouse property certificate, photos of warehouse (internal/external view of warehouse) Floor based warehouse does not take into consideration. Equipped by canopy and external deck will be take into priority consideration ( for tender of warehouse)

· Proof documents of warehouse management system, inbound &outbound scanning, EDI connection capability, transport note printing systematically ( for tender of warehouse)

· Mail subject: Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei tender - candidate name - tender target (warehouse or transportation or both warehouse and transportation)

· 仓储投标供应商请提供投标的仓库消防资质证明 (消防备案资料以及火灾危险性类别是丙二类及以上等级的证明资料)，仓库产权证明、仓库现场照片（库内、库外若干）、不接受楼库投标；竞投标仓库具备雨篷、高位外置货台的优先考虑；

· 仓储投标供应商请提供具备仓库管理系统，进、出库货物扫码、EDI数据与博西系统对接、仓库内运输发货单据系统打单等能力的证明资料；

· 发送邮件的主题格式： 京津冀招标 – 申请公司的名称 – 申请的标的（仓储或运输或仓储&运输）
